There are two emails, and they are managed in different places. Your Krelva sign-in email cannot be changed self-serve yet; open a support ticket from your current email address and we will help. Your billing email lives with Whop; change it in your Whop account settings at whop.com. If the two differ, Settings, Plan and Billing shows both and explains what is going on.
