1. Who we are

Krelva is an educational technical-analysis platform operated by Krelva, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Krelva," "we," "us," "our"). You can reach us at info@krelva.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide.

Account: your email address, a password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text), and a display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier from Google, and we store that identifier and the sign-in tokens needed to operate Google sign-in.
Subscription: when you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider in its own checkout window. We do not receive or store your full card number. We store your subscription and entitlement status and identifiers that link your account to your subscription. If a payment cannot be matched to an account automatically, we keep the payment notification, which includes the email address used at checkout, until our team links it to the right account.
Learning activity you create: your answers to the placement quiz and lesson quizzes, and anything you write in lesson journals. Journals are free-text notes for your own use; see Section 3.
TradingView access: the TradingView username you submit when requesting access to the indicator suite.
Community: if community features are available, the content you post, your chosen username, your votes, any reports you submit, and any images you upload. Uploaded images are stored privately and are served only to signed-in members.
Contact and support: if you contact us, your name, email address, the content of your message, and a phone number if you choose to request a callback.

Text messages.

If you opt in to text updates, we collect your phone number and a record of your consent: when you agreed, where on the site you agreed, and the exact wording you agreed to. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or in Settings, and you can reply HELP for help. Texting is optional and never a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information collected automatically.

Usage and analytics: we use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors and members use the site. They collect pages viewed, named actions such as viewing pricing, starting checkout, or completing a lesson, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and a pseudonymous identifier stored in a cookie. For signed-in members, PostHog also holds a profile containing your email address, display name, subscription status, and signup date. We do not put brokerage, position, or profit and loss data into analytics. The full list of providers we share information with is in Section 6.
Session recording: we record a sample of visits so we can see where the product is confusing or broken. Session recording does not run for visitors in California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. Where it does run, a recording captures on-screen activity such as pages viewed, clicks, and scrolling. Everything you type into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser, so passwords, email addresses, and your TradingView username never appear in a recording. Payment details are entered in our payment provider's own checkout window, which is never recorded. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.
Error reports: when something breaks in your browser, we collect the error message, its technical details, and the page it happened on so we can fix it. Email addresses are removed from these reports automatically.
Course progress: lesson progress and completion, practice streaks, and an activity log tied to your account, so the course can keep track of where you are.

3. What we do not collect

Krelva does not request, require, or collect your brokerage account credentials, positions, profit and loss, account size, or funds, and no Krelva feature asks for them. We are an educational platform. We do not connect to your broker and we do not execute trades. Some features, such as lesson journals, are free-text fields; anything you choose to write there is stored as part of your journal and is not used for analytics, advice, or any other purpose. Nothing we collect is used to give you personalized financial advice.

4. How we use your information

To operate and provide the platform and your account.
To process and manage your subscription.
To understand and improve how the site and product are used, through analytics and the session recording described in Section 2.
To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.
To comply with legal obligations.

Data that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it no longer identifies you may be used for any lawful purpose. Krelva does not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics choices

We use cookies for three purposes: to keep you signed in, to measure how the site is used, and to record the sample of sessions described in Section 2 where session recording runs. Both analytics providers set their cookies as first-party cookies on krelva.com rather than third-party cookies. PostHog requests are additionally served through a Krelva subdomain (e.krelva.com).

The analytics cookies we set, and how long they last:

Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_ followed by our property ID, kept for 2 years.
PostHog: ph_ followed by our project key and _posthog, kept for 365 days.
Consent: k-consent, which stores your analytics choice, kept for 12 months.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you will see a consent banner before any analytics run, and analytics stay off unless you accept. Everyone, in every region, can turn analytics off or back on for their browser at any time on our Privacy Choices page. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Some browsers send opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. Krelva does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for that signal to opt out of; if you want to stop analytics as well, use the Privacy Choices page.

We share personal information with the providers that help us run Krelva, and only as needed to provide the service. They are:

Whop, subscription payments and billing. Whop processes your payment as an independent business with its own privacy policy, not as a Krelva service provider.
Resend, transactional and account email
Turso, database hosting
Vercel, website hosting and file storage
Cloudflare, DNS and network routing
Google, sign-in (Google OAuth) and Google Analytics
PostHog, product analytics, session recording, and error reporting
Telegram, internal operator notifications; these reference an internal request ID only and do not include your email address or TradingView username
TradingView, invite-only indicator access, using the TradingView username you give us
Mux, course video delivery when video features are enabled

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or asset sale. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Specific periods we apply today:

Google Analytics event-level data is retained for up to 14 months; aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely.
PostHog analytics event data is retained for up to 1 year on our current plan.
Session recordings are deleted after 30 days.
PostHog person profiles are kept until you delete your account.
Internal records used to match a subscription payment to an account are deleted 90 days after the match is resolved.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information and keep only a minimal record needed to make the deletion permanent.

8. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including storing passwords in hashed form and limiting who can access personal data. We keep internal audit logs of administrative actions taken on member accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact info@krelva.com. We respond within 45 days, and we may verify your request through the email address on your account. When you ask us to delete your data, we also pass the deletion request through to our analytics providers. California residents have the additional rights described in Section 11. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.

10. Age requirement

Krelva is for adults. Krelva teaches about trading leveraged futures products, an inherently adult financial activity, so the platform is for adults 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, contact info@krelva.com.

11. California residents

If you are a California resident, California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Session recording does not run for visitors in California. To make a request, contact info@krelva.com from the email address on your account so we can verify the request.

Notice at Collection

Categories of personal information collected: identifiers (email address, display name, account identifiers, TradingView username); internet activity (pages viewed, named product actions, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address); commercial information (subscription and entitlement status); user content (quiz answers, journals, community posts, support messages).
Purposes: operating the platform and your account, processing subscriptions, product analytics and improvement, security and fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Sold or shared: none. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention: see Section 7 for the periods we apply to each category.

12. International users

Krelva operates from the United States and does not target the European Union or the United Kingdom. Visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a consent banner, and analytics remain off unless accepted; session recording does not run for those visitors. Our analytics providers (Google, PostHog) are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you use Krelva from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a new effective date.
